President Quinn’s Weekly Message
California Santa Rosa Mission

It’s here! This is the week of the CASRM Mission Tour. Sister Quinn has been working hard to make this an especially nice and lovely event. I’m excited for you to see the things she has planned and prepared.
We are most excited about having us all together in one place, at one time. I am confident this will be a memorable and inspiring experience for our mission. It will be so fun and good to be together.
We are excited to have Elder and Sister Jackson with us. They come to us on assignment from President M. Russell Ballard, President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. In my last weekly message, I encouraged you to “prepare your hearts” to receive instruction. This week I invite you to come! I invite you to do the things King Benjamin’s encouraged his people to do:
“…all ye that have assembled yourselves together, you that can hear my words which I shall speak unto you this day; for I have not commanded you to come up hither to trifle with the words which I shall speak, but that you should hearken unto me, and open your ears that ye may hear, and your hearts that ye may understand, and your minds that the mysteries of God may be unfolded to your view.” (Mosiah 2:9)
We will receive inspired messages for our mission from Elder and Sister Jackson that will help us “go deep”. Please come prepared to take notes. Please pray that specific and unique messages will come to your heart – messages that will bless you in your missionary service and your lifelong discipleship to Jesus Christ. I look forward to a spiritual feast for CASRM.
I enjoyed interviews last week with the Ukiah, San Rafael, and Santa Rosa Zones. I leave these days of interviews inspired by your diligence, faith, and love for the Savior and His work. I look forward to interviews with the Woodland, Vacaville, Fairfield, and Napa Zones in a few weeks. It is a joy being with you.
